Dorothy Elliott, Licensed Dermaologist, performs permanent make-up. She received her training from the Perma-Derm Academy of Fountain Valley, California. Dorothy also holds a cosmetology certificate from the Columbus Beauty School.

 Dorothy specializes in permanent make-up application of the eyebrows, eyeliner, lipliner, scar camouflage, and areola. She has 18 years experience in the field of permanent make-up. Dorothy's artistic talented approach results in a more natural look than make-up. Dorothy's goal is to revolutionize permanent make-up and customize each color and technique to the individual patients.
